Yes, we currently ship Australia wide using Australia Post. If you live in the Melbourne metropolitan area we can deliver for a nominal charge (please contact us prior to placing your order), or you can arrange to pick up your cookies. We can also ship internationally. Please contact us to arrange a quote.

We are located in Wyndham Vale, around 35 minutes west of Melbourne's CBD.

We do request a minimum 2 week notice period, however on average our turnaround is 5-7 business days to prepare your order. If your order is time sensitive please contact us directly to confirm timeframes.

We bake our cookies fresh and then heat seal them individually. When heat sealed they can last up to 8-10 weeks.

Unfortunately not. Whilst we have council certification, we operate in a shared kitchen which means we are unable to offer gluten free or vegan options.
