We bake our cookies fresh and then heat seal them individually. When heat sealed they can last up to 8-10 weeks.
All of our cookies list allergen information on their product page, & these are also highlighted in bold on the ingredients label on the heat sealed bag the cookie is packed in. We operate in a shared kitchen, so feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
Unfortunately not. Whilst our kitchen is council certified, it is a shared kitchen and our certification does not enable us to offer gluten free or vegan options.
